Can anyone explain how Mike Tomlin got NO votes from the AP writers?

2nd seed in the AFC but got no votes?

Update:

Before the playoffs started...yes.

But still how does a coach of a 12-4 team who was without his starting QB for the 1st quarter of the season get NO votes? Not a single one?

how does the 2nd seed in the NFC with no offensive line and who was predicted to go 6-10 only get 1 vote?

Lovie Smith has more of an argument than Mike Tomlin.

Dude, someone just explained it to you. The votes were cast before the playoffs. What more do you need?

Because many predicted in the preseason that he would get the 1st seed in the AFC.

cuz everyone knew the steelers would be the steelers, while the pats came up with 22 rookies...now that is definetely a coaching phenomenon.
