If you're already an American citizen, just move to Texas, buy or rent a residence there, get a Texas driver's license, register to vote in Texas, register your car in Texas, and get a job in Texas. Presto: you're a Texan!

Go to the DMV and change tour drivers license to a TX drivers license. That will make you a resident of Texas. There is no waiting period or minimum age.

There is no waiting period, just move there, and get a new license, etc....people move state to state all the time.
