Karunanidhi (Without compassion) acts against his name. In the case of Raja , technically he is right in telling that Raja is not criminal unless proved in courts(District, High and Supreme Court) and everybody know that being a lengthy process people lost interest and people of such stature go scot free.

Why would Karunanidhi declare him as a criminal, afterall he Raja had invested that money in DMK's mediahouse. If he declares him as a criminal, Raja would spill the beans & it won't be good for DMK's political health

It was police to do the investigation and DoJ to raise persecution. Only the jury in the Law Court can make decision on the suspects or defendants whether he/she was guilty.

For our CM, what all done by him,and his kith & kin, can not be sin/wrong. They do everything only for the improvement of poor thamilians from dawn to dusk.If Rasa was not born, we would have not even seen mobiles in india.[those who don't realise this are all aaryas.]
