How to make ssh window appear on remote computer?

I'm not sure this is possible or not. I tried just a normal search, but I don't quite know how to phrase it to get useful results.

I want to use SSH and I want the commands I type to appear on screen on the remote computer. Is there a way to do this?

A friend of mine is just starting to get into Linux and I have the ability to ssh in and do things for him, but I want him to be able to see what I am doing.

Is SSH capable of this or is there another program that we can use?

I hope I've explained myself well enough.

Update:

I can open an ssh session and use it just fine, either using putty or ssh on a linux box, but I want a window to open on the remote computer so that my friend can watch what I am doing.
