Why did he do this to me?
When I was 14, my aunt and my 10 year old cousin came over for a visit. I was upstairs in my room, I was doing my homework for Health Class, I had to read a chapter on the development of the human body. Anyways my cousin came into my room, and he saw a picture in the book of various pictures of the development of male penis's from birth to adult hood. He pointed out to the picture that was his stage and development, and he said "My penis looks like this see", then he sat on my bed and pulled down his pants and showed me it, he's then like "do you want to touch it", I politely told him "no thanks", and he then he pulled his pants back up. Why would he show me his penis and ask me to touch it? What would have happened if I did touch it?

Your cousin is experimenting with his sexuality. He probably wanted to shock you (because he knows you, he feels comfortable enough to shock you)
You did the best thing you could. You said politely, "No thanks" as if it was no big deal (he probably wanted you to scream or react like a child).
What would have happened if you had touched it? Probably not much at that time. But then the next time he came over he would think it was okay to do the same thing again, taking it further this time, and so on.
Next time he is over, either lock the door of your room against him, or stay out with the family until he goes home. If he persists in annoying you, tell your mother AND your aunt.

Probably if you had touched it, he would have becomne even more of a nuisance. Noone really knows since you didn't. He is strange perhaps but hard to tell if he was only 10. When do we start caring?

He was younger and maybe he just wanted to impress you or show off you know lol well 2 weird questions youve asked lol!? Maybe he would tell on you trying to get you in trouble you know LOL
