    From my own experience, make love before running, but have wild sex after.

    Just my experience, but my bf and I sometimes run together. I prefer sex AFTER running, sometimes even before we shower. We're both already hot and sweaty and usually it's just a clean sweat, so I think it's sexy. Our blood is already pumping and it's usually pretty hot sex, then we go to the shower (usually do it again) and THEN actually shower. Now THAT is how I stay in shape and burn some calories, LOL!

    I like to run after sex, makes me not feel lazy, and then I get energy back and can go again. so basically sex before run then run before sex lol
