God doesn't show favoritism because god doesn't exist. It's all just a crap shoot...and sometimes your 11's and 7's come up 6's and 9's. Probability and random chance rule the universe.

There is no partiality with God. That means it does not matter who you are. You cannot figure out why some people get healed and some don't.
God, who “will render to each one according to his deeds.” eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality; but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness - indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish on every soul of man who does evil… but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good. For there is no partiality with God. For as many as have sinned without law these will perish without law. That’s in Romans 2. It means even if someone is ignorant of law and discipline by not caring what the Bible says, they will still go to hell. That's why you need Jesus to set you free.

Only God judges righteously. What you may think is unjustified or random, God sees quite differently. By the way, eventually everyone dies, well except for Enoch and Isaiah.

God doesn't exist, so no favoritism.

That would be because he doesn't exist. It's called real life. You should try it.
