fractional ownership of vacation homes?
Is there a web site to explore fractional ownership of waterfront properties in the US? I don't want time share sites, because I don't care about resorts. Fractional ownership is when a small number of people go in together to buy a property but there are just a few owners and a property may be managed by a management company but the process is usually started when a small group of friends or family get together to buy a vacation home.
Or is this just not a common enough concept that such a resource exists?
