Should I get Starcraft 2 ?

I hate almost all RTS games. I love Starcraft 2. Figure that out.

If you have ever played the original Starcraft then YES go for it! Its a great game and just as much fun as the original with more in depth gameplay. Its also highly addicting and takes lots of experience with RTS games to beat other players online. If you havnt played the original you should still get it! Playing the original just gives you more knowledge about all the characters and makes it easier to play because you know the style of play that works best for you. I personally love this game and almost went out and bought a new copy of it so i could play it after one of the patches messed up the game. Any blizzard game is awesome and you should definitely try it! iv been playing Starcraft since I was 3 and have waited 10 long years for Starcraft 2 so if I like it and am still hooked I think you will love it!

Starcraft 2 is a good game but it isn't worth 60 dollars.

If you are looking for a lot of bang for your buck, get Heroes of Newerth instead - a Dota genre game that costs 30 dollars.

But if you're planning on going hardcore laddering, then go for it.
