Now 7 months along in the pregnancy ( baby is doing well). What have your experiences and how did you cope with the emotional roller coaster?

    First off, CONGRATS!!! :)

I am 8 months and soon due! First IVF worked :)

Honestly, I have a close friend that I needed to talk to that also achieved her pregnancy via IUI and we were helping each other get through it. She was 2 months ahead of me and now she had her darling baby girl :)

I will not lie, in the beginning, I was worried about everything. I worried about the Beta levels, about the Ultrasounds, the blood tests, and now I kinda have taken things a bit more easy but I can't help but to worry. I worry about giving birth and labor and all those things. I prayed and God had guided me through the toughest times. I lost my mom due to a tragic car accident when I was 9 weeks pregnant. My mom knew I went through IVF and she knew when I got my first positive in my life. She passed a month after I found out and that was an extremely stressful event.

Now I am going for NST/BBT tests since they found that my baby had lowish fluid around him so I am being monitored 2 times a week. The time is almost here and I just keep praying. It has been an emotional roller coaster and I live day by day leaving it in Gods hands. :)

    Wishing the best to you!

the best natural stress-reliever I've found is "Extreme Relaxation" by ReviveAudio - my wife also listens to it and says that the stress and negative "buzz" in her head disappears in a few minutes - and it seems to have an accumulative effect where the constant worries she once had about our baby have almost completely disappeared now after listening to it (daily at first, then just whenever she felt stressed/worried).... I think it's been important to use Extreme Relaxation so she can feel calm enough to simply trust that everything is just fine and visualise happy images of the future.
