I have a friend looking at retiring soon and he is wondering where he could get the best bang for his buck.. I thought this sounded like a YA question.. ANY information will be helpful

Online check out Money Magazine. Every year they do the research for you and list the best areas for retirment based on the cost of living.

Go to a reator's website and see if you can ask that question. I know there's some screamin' deals in the Midwest where nobody wants to live anymore.

loopnet / costar is what brokers use. try to get someone in the commercial business to help you on those sites because you need memberships.
