How do you get moisture in the air of a dry room?

I constantly wake up with a dry mouth and drink plenty of water. When someone slept over they kept complaining of the dry air. I run one stand-up fan, a ceiling fan, and keep the bathroom exhaust on at night which is linked to my room.

Turn off the fans. All of that air movement will dry your mouth even if the air in the room is not unusually dry. Buy a humidifier. It has a small fan that will be adequate for circulation. But no humidifier will do any good if you continually suck the moist air out.
