Look at it this way.
You're going to have to bring up a defenseman if you make this deal. Chances are in your pool there is no one available with as many points as Keith or who will get as many points as Keith. So you lose points by doing this, how many depends on what defense are available.
The only way taking Kessel over Keith is a viable trade is if the difference in points between Kessel and whatever forward he places on your roster is greater than the difference in points between Keith and whoever you can pick up.
Considering that Keith, even after a slow start to the season, has almost as many points as Kessel, and may have the same as him by seasons end, there is pretty much no way the point differential can work out unless you have a forward with something like 20 points in 54 games this year, and even then only if you can get a defenseman who can get almost as many points as Keith.
I don't see how this can work well for you.
Do not make the trade.

That's a terrible trade. kessel isn't having a good year and i'm not sure but i bet his plus minus sucks. I'm sure duncan keith is a way better option for ppp, hits, and plus minus.
