You can't hide a single post from a single person. You can hide a single post from everyone though. If you hover over a given post, a little 'x' appears in the upper right corner of the post. Click on the x and choose the option you want.

its the two you block them on your privateness settiings or you exclude them fromm viewing your wall post beofre you post some content on your wall, you will stumble on a tiny drop down arrow on your backside precise corner of your status field, you choose custom and initiate off including the record of human beings which you dont want to ascertain your wall post
