Charles Scott works in a top secret government lab at a remote base in New Mexico. He is working on a biological weapon, a virus with the ability to wipe out an entire continent of people. He wants it to be fairly unnoticeable and to travel relatively quickly. It is a form of the zombie virus that many of us joke about every day and that we always see in the movies. But Charlie Scott is not creating the undead; he is creating the half-dead. He is going to use his virus to turn people into ravenous shadows of their former selves, shadows with an insatiable urge to bite, to kill, to multiply. Charlie Scott plans for his virus to pass relatively unnoticed from person to person; to pass both like rabies and like AIDS. The Scott Virus, as it will one day be known, is a highly dangerous idea, luckily Charlie Scott has yet to perfect it.

As a story idea blurb I must tell you this idea is overdone..... Taken from a logical view... WHY would he want to release such a virus? The story will be found in the WHY's... you can just randomly pick a reason or make it stupid like hes crazy and wants to be a pink rabbit but becasue he cant be a pink rabit hes going to destroy all of mankind.....OR you can think it through and decide on a logical reason for wanting to do this... OR not do this..... Most zombie esque type movies that are virus based its normally an accident... sure they make the virus out of some morbid bio warfare reason then accident and its unleashed..... !3 monkies was a bit diffrent the guy the spread the disease was a fanatic that thought all mankind needed to be whiped off the map becasue we were hurting mother earth.... you guy cant think this way becasue zombies would hurt animals and people alike and people monsters would be left alive..... you neeed to answer all the WHYS and also How it is release and all that

It's fine grammar-wise, but I don't like the execution. I don't like the "he is, "he is", "he is"....don't just TELL us what's going on; SHOW us.
