Look many things like chicken breasts and shrimp as long as it's not fried and beans, but allot of the foods are total garbage foods. Foods that are unsafe to eat and can make you very ill.
I don't even want to respond to all the feminine hygiene products, There is no reason to be using such products for most woman. It seems like their might be an Oder problem black woman are having.
I never ever buy such products.God knows what all that bump product is. Just saying.

People often eat what they traditionally grew up eating.
I grew up eating meat, potatoes kinds of meals but I have had to change. So my diet is totally different now. People who have had the ability to change their diet eat differently than those that have to work everyday.

Well do you eat healthy? It is wrong to just lump all that together, I wouldnt eat about 5/6ths of that list but then again i watch what i eat. There are plenty of caucaision, hispanic, middle easterns, and Asians who follow the same diet. The diet depends on the person and the conditions the person is in and the life style choice of the person and so has nothing to do with the color nor gender of the individual.

Not all black people are the same.
I use all natural products on my skin and hair.
I cook all natural foods at home,but when I eat out I'll buy the most delicious foods I can.
Why? because I can.
