Please translate Hebrew to English: Lec hie lilmode kestat. Al tishkachie mah shelamadet.?

I have a friend in Israel and I'm trying to learn Hebrew. She gave me this phrase and I'm trying to decipher it but having a problem. That's why I care! LOL
