Please translate Hebrew to English: Lec hie lilmode kestat. Al tishkachie mah shelamadet.?

I have a friend in Israel and I'm trying to learn Hebrew. She gave me this phrase and I'm trying to decipher it but having a problem. That's why I care! LOL

    Well the second part ik for sure

    Don't forget what is you learn (Voiced to a single (not many) female)

    And I think I figured out the first one.

    That's something along the lines of you should learn (it) like now. Voiced to a female again.
