Sorry to hear that. It doesn't mean anything, it's a game some girls are playing to "find their porn name" by corresponding letters of their name to words. I can tell by her status that the third letter in her first name is L, second letter of her last name is R, and the third letter of her last name is I.
Example my "name" would be Cinnamon Heaven Towers
