Whats the best path to a successful political career?
i don't have the money and status that most politicians grow up with so I kinda need to rely on my own merit. politics is not a subject offered at my school but i am going to world-renowned school so that kind of evens it out... i am doing my extended essay (4,000 words and part of the IB) in politics and joining anything remotely political that i can (although its kind of difficult as i dont speak the language of the country i live in - i'm at international school)
do you have any advice on what steps I should take next?
*this is mainly focused on the UK btw

I'm not so sure if there is a correct path and whether or not its more a question of luck rather than hard work
