America defends Israel... again?
Why has America vetoed another peace agreement against genocide in Palestine? All other 14 members of the security council accepted.
The other 14 include China, France and the UK who have minimal muslim populations?
If they are anti semite, America is islamaphobic.
Sorry but that's not right.
Israeli colonisation of Palestine fits under the definition of Genocide.
Also, Israel has not accepted one single peace deal either.
Non bigoted opinion anyone?

I like the statement you said "If they are anti semite, America is islamaphobic."
I never thought of it like that, but that is possible..
Not all americans but especially after president George W Bush, who is the guy who created the strong bond with Israel I wouldn't be surprised if the new generations were brought up to support Israel also.
Also, I know that Israel controls America (mentally), because the majority of congress are Jewish.
No shock horror there then.

Hi. The resolution was not a "peace agreement" and it was not "against genocide."
I don't see any genocide.
Heck, Israel keeps seeking peace.
It was Arabs that were ethnically cleansing Jews in 1929, and again in 1946, and attempted to kill them all in 1948 but only succeeded in doing so in all of the West Bank and Gaza. Meanwhile 20% of all Israeli citizens are Arabs who stayed in 1948. Arabs ethnically cleansed Jews from all land seized by Arabs in 1946 and 1948.
Arabs started the 1967 war and Israel offered to trade it all for peace.
Arabs rejected this offer. When Israel ended up controlling the WB and Gaza, Palestinian Arabs there had dramatic INCREASES in their population, life expectancy, income, access to medical care and education and REDUCTIONS in infant mortality right up until Arafat's last intifada. Now, most of them are under PA control.
Israel is not "colonizing." Many Jews never left their homeland. Others returned. But, they were the majority population in land that the UN voted to partition into Israel. That is democracy.
Israel has been the driving force behind peace negotiations and has been rejected by Arabs pretty consistently.
Israel pushed for Oslo and gave most of the WB and Gaza to the PA and money, weapons, equipment etc... all for the promise of reduced incitement and attacks to set the stage for final status negotiations.
Israel met her obligations for years while the Arabs violated every single obligation. Incitement and Arab attacks on Israelis INCREASED dramatically in the years after they got more land. Arab leaders said in the Arab press that they were actually still implementing Arafat's 1975 "phased plan for Israel's destruction," in which he espoused promising peace for land and then using the land to get closer to Israel and attack it and destroy it once and for all.
Israel offered the PA about 95+% what they wanted and were rejected when the talks fell apart the first time.
The only "peace deal" that one could argue Israel has "rejected" has been the offer that "even though the last time you gave us land, we violated our promise of peace and just increased attacks on Israel, if you give us even more, we will promise yet again to stop and this time you should believe us."
After their past and current behavior, it will take a little more than empty promises to get further concrete concessions. A good start might be to stop inciting Arab populations to hate and attack Israel. Perhaps the PA and Hamas could stop teaching and preaching in schools, children's tv shows, Mosques, and radio, and summer camps that it is the religious duty of all Moslems to kill all Jews and that all of Israel must be destroyed.

America did not veto a peace agreement against genocide.
They vetoed a UN resolution that made Israeli settlements illegal...
BIG difference.
Source(s): Guess who always denies the peace agreements??? (If you guessed Israel, you are wrong) Islamic countries have never agreed upon a peaceful resolution since the forming of Israel. - Anonymous1 decade ago
the other 14 are anti-semites and most of them have muslim populations they are trying to keep from going Cairo on them
