If the temperature is steadied around 55F (including night time temperature), there's a lot of things you can plant now. Besides lettuce, radishes, broccoli and other brassuicas, Things like cucumbers, beans, can be planted. You can start your own tomatoes, peppers and eggplants. It is a good time to plant your carrots for late fall harvesting, they winter over quite well too. Herbs are good to have in the garden. Periannals like thyme and oregano you can find them in gardener centers. Basil, parsley can still be started from seeds, but it is easier to get seedlings. Always plant cilantro seeds... Anyway you can still fill your garden with a lot of delicious veggies and herbs....Happy gardening!
