What can I do to keep my Rice Krispie treats from getting hard?
I have switched from butter to margarine and they are still getting hard in less than a day. Any suggestions.

I always add a few extra marshmallows than what the recipe actually calls for, then I keep them in a sealed container. They always seem to stay fresh that way!

Cut and wrap Each one individually in seran wrap.
Use real butter it is better for you adn is not affecting your rice krispies.

less than 2 hours from when package is opened or 30 minutes after the RK treat is cut.

Well, ours never make it more than 1/2 hour. I guess eat them quicker!!

keep them covered..put a slice of bread or two in with them, then cover.
