Okay so can girls get periods in comas? A friend said they could, but then could they like, slip into a coma and get raped by a doctor and 9 months later wake up and have a newborn child without knowing it? o____o

Almost positive they can get their period, but I doubt they could carry a full term baby while comatose.. They'd probably lose the kid

I guess it's possible unless the reason she's in a coma also affects her productive system.
