What's the difference between a cappuccino machine and an espresso machine?

I have no idea what I'm looking at when I Google search (images) either machine. Many look the same...many totally different.

Is and espresso machine just a glorified coffee maker that grinds it's own beans and has a steamer?

Espresso is a kind of coffee made with water under pressure, cappuccino is made with espresso & milk.

Almost all espresso machines have a steaming wand (some better than others), and may be advertised as cappuccino machine as well. Some cappuccino devices http://www.amazon.com/Bialetti-Express-Cappuccino-... make good coffee (but not true espresso) and automatically heat & add milk. It may taste good, but it's not the same as real cappuccino.

As to the grinding beans: there are 'full automatic' models that grind, pack, and brew with the press of a button; 'semi-automatics' that create the pressure, but require you to do the rest (better in my opinion); and 'manuals' that you create the pressure by pulling a lever (hard to be consistent).

the version between a cappuccino and latte are ordinary: the two have coffee and milk, however the milk content fabric is what makes the version. The latte has greater, and has a creamier style. The cappuccino has much less milk, and a stiff head of froth, while the latte has a short head of froth. All a mocha brings is the addition of chocolate (often syrup). A macchiato is coffee with a sprint steamed milk on the splendid. coffee is a drink it somewhat is brewed via forcing warm water into very finely floor coffee. The call got here from the tactic of brewing ('exhibit') and due to the coffee grounds under pressure. A frappe is created from ice cream, milk and flavored syrup, often. it may additionally comprise coffee or coffee flavoring.
