My wife and I live in near seclusion in a non-native English speaking country and we, or rather I, had a terrible sexual experience with her one week ago. I noticed that internally she was very hot upon my first entry but didn't think anything of it.

Things became painful for me but I'm a trooper and followed through to the finish but felt a burning sensation on my foreskin that went away after a shower and a couple of hours. She says she didn't notice anything different and has felt no discomfort in this past week.

I, however, have experienced the exact same sensation (in the exact same area) every time I get an erection. No other times does it happen and I'm a little red at times, but nothing too noticeable. As I say, everything feels perfectly normal until it's time to perform and then it comes back.

Could it be a yeast infection that she's not aware of and now I have it? We are both clean and healthy and do not have any other sexual partners. Doctors are difficult to deal with because of the language barrier. Should I just run a regiment of antibiotics and see how it goes? Or maybe a shot of penecillin (not sure how to spell that)?
