How bad is having a really bad meal one time per week?

I'm on a diet, and since I've been on it I dropped from 245 lbs to 215. I eat three times a day, and I do a pretty good job not starving myself by having small healthy snacks and working out very regularly. Will I gain weight back if I just go crazy on one meal per week? I'm thinking something in the ballpark of 18 boneless wings from Buffalo Wild Wings

    i've lost 60 lbs and i cheat every weekend. i eat whatever i want! my stomach is smaller so i cant eat like i used to. as long as u know u have to get back on the wagon, go for it!

    You'll be fine. The best at weight loss allow themselves cheats occasionally so they can look forward to something and not feel like they are in a neverending diet hell....

    Just stay on track 90% of the time, you're gonna do great. 30 pounds is wonderful, good for you>

    Umm 18 wings is a lot. The occasional cheat meal here and there is fine, but 18 wings??
