Which prenatal vitamins ?
My husband and i are about to start trying to have a baby and i cant decide which prenatal vitamins to choose. any suggestions??

All prenatals have pretty much the same stuff in them, so it won't make much difference what you choose. But.. I like the Materna ones. I've tried a couple of other brands and found they tend to be the size of horse pills.

I would go see your OB/GYN - mine gave me about a year supply of free samples. The most important thing is to get a well rounded prenatal vitamin that has a minimum of 800 mcg of Folic Acid. I have taken one from GNC and it was just fine.

Elevit. Simply due to the fact that elevit has the highest level of folate, iron and calcium (among other things) in it than the rest of the brands available.
A doctor would tell you to take folate tablets, and that that's all you need for your pregnancy. I'm a big believer in pregnancy multivitamins, as in the first trimester, morning sickness, nausea, etc can all stop you from getting the required nutrients.
