Can I get into Boston University with a 2.8 gpa and a 1700 on my SAT's?

I know i have a low gpa but i have approved a lot since freshman year. I am only a Junior in high school. Right now my gpa for the mid marking period is a 3.21. Also i would also like to look at University of Vermont. Thanks

It would probably be on the reach side, but if you add in extracurricular activities and write a good essay, it is definitely possible for both of those schools. Keep your grades up.
