There is no such thing has homeopathic "remedies". They contain no active ingredients, they have no plausible mechanism to work and they've never worked beyond placebo in any properly designed trial. It's very clearly bunk.

Vitamins aren't homeopathic and vitamin B12 won't manage graves disease. You need to see your Doctor.

There are no specific homeopathic remedies for particular disease names. Chronic illness requires treatment by a professional Homeopath. Remedies are never prescribed on a "take this for that" basis.

B12 isn't going to treat Grave's Disease, nor will any homopathic scam product. You need real medicine, such as methimazole (Tapazole™) or propylthiouracil.

There are no specific medicines for a disease in Homoeopathy. The indicated remedy which cures rapidly, gently and permanently is selected by an able Homoeopath on the basis of totality of symptoms.

Vitamin B12 is NOT anything to do with homeopathic. There is noting in a homeopathic treatment, and there is a $1M prize on offer for anyone who can tell the difference between a homeopathic treatment and a placebo.

If you mean tiny little sweet pills, then that is just a sugar pill.

B12 does nothing for thyroid modulation.

I would not play around with homeopathy where anything endocrine is involved. Homeopathy is based on power of suggestion, so you may as well wear an amulet or chant a mantra to treat Graves disease if you're relying on homeopathy.
