Will i be able to connect to xbox live in a motel room?
I am moving, and thinking about living in a motel studio, they have wireless internet, so will i be able to connect to xboxlive? If so, how? And would i be able to hook up my own internet, (like a difrenet internet company) to my room?

If you have the new one there is wifi built in, but if it's an older one you have to buy an attachment. As far as getting a different internet provider, I doubt a motel would allow you to do that, but you should ask the owner or check your lease agreement.

You can connect to any wifi connection as long you have the wifi password if it needs it...and you can have your own Internet too

Yes, But You need Wifi. There might be a password try and guess it if you can't ask them for it if it cost money think if its really worth it.

probably not, it'll probably be port locked.
