What is the other alternative of yahooanswers where i can ask all types of questions and get relevant answers?

In yahooanswers, many of our questions dont even appear in open questions when we submit them and remaining questions are answered and reported by trolls. Even correct answers are reported. Account termination without any reason is part of daily life. Help!!

Use the link to find any "similar" type of websites. The closest I have found to Yahoo is Answerbag. .A B is slightly better at dealing with the troll-problem, but not by much. Too many website-forums owners-staff choose to look the other way for some odd reason and the rational users pay for this apathetic and irresponsible decision. Allexperts is the best if you simply need answers and it's troll-free, because it's not an open type of forum.

Look at some of the answers that get through, they are good examples.

Vote down the troll answers, that way, there is a (yeah, subtle) pressure on those people to give decent answers next time.

Don't get personal, abusive or (too) judgemental in answers, I did once and got reported for it by somebody whose actions I condemned too enthusiastically. Lost 10 points, too. In fact, the person concerned had been a hacker and liar, but they have feelings, too.

I used to answer Questions for ChaCha. Their answer quality has gone downhill though, but it is more reliable than Yahoo answers since the people answering are trained and paid (about 1 cent/question).
