whats the best Desktop PC brand to buy?
Hey just a quick 1.
what is the best PC brand for reliability and performance and hardware.
I usually go for a dell but have had a sony vaio laptop and that was a disappointment and is still sitting in my room now fried because i dnt wnt to give up a £700 laptop that is possibly fixable.
So your views on the best desktop would be appreciated .
Thanks
Mike

Dell or Alienware are your best bet. Typically Alienwares are higher end performance, but a bit more pricey than dell.

Alienware is probably the best, better than sony and dell at least
If youre lookinf for a computer just to hop on from time to time and not do much with except internet and typing and things, dell or sony would do fine, dell is probobly better.
But for RAM intensive use alienware is the best, usually used for gaming or other programs requiring alot of ram like After Effects or something. This will be more expensive though
Get a mac if you want to pay way too much for a computer with limited custimization and does everything for you usually in a way you dont want. but it will nearly never break or get a virus.

I have used Packard Bell mostly as they are well built and reliable.

The above link should allow you to peruse the available products from them.
Google the model you require to get the best price.
Best of luck, Bob.

Well I would've gone with a Sony. But other than that, Dell would be a good one too. Idk about HP. I have a Mac so I wouldn't really know all of 'em but from experience i'd say those.

I would say `Dell` as I have dealt with them for a number of years.
