Is it okay to fry eggs in Pure Sesame Oil?

I'm out of ever other kind and I don't know what I'm an omelet!

I've done that before and it's heavenly. It's no different than the scrambled egg bits you get in shrimp fried rice. Try it, you'll love it.

I wouldn't use straight, its more a flavoring than a cooking oil. Maybe poach in 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbs water.

-You could microwave the egg ,scrambled with a covered vented lid, or poach, or soft boil without any oil.

    - If you have any meat like bacon, or chicken with skin you can render fat from that and then fry.

    - Also look around, some jarred and canned foods are packed in oil (Id avoid the tuna) : )

It would probably work fine. If the sesame oil is the darker toasted kind, use it sparingly as it adds quite a bit of flavor to foods.
