Does anyone else hate Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, and Cartoon Network?

I'm 14 and I recently watched the movie "The Last Airbender." I'm a 90's kid, so I was fortunate enough to remember old Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, and Cartoon Network shows, like "Avatar: The Last Airbender." (Even though it aired in 2005, but you get my point.)

Nickelodeon Shows:

Remember Hey Arnold?

The Wild Thornberrys?

Angry Beavers?

CatDog?

Jimmy Neutron?

The Amanda Show?

My Life As A Teenage Robot?

Rocket Power?

Rocko's Modern Life?

The X's?

Kenan and Kel?

As Told By Ginger?

Ned's Declassified Schoool Survival Guide?

6Teen?

Sabrina, The Teenage Witch?

Remember that?

Disney Channel Shows:

Remember American Dragon: Jake Long?

Brandy and Mr. Whiskers?

Kim Possible?

Lilo and Stitch?

The Replacements?

Digimon?

Lizzie McGuire?

Phil of the Future?

Life With Derek?

That's So Raven?

The Disney Channel Games?

Boy Meets World?

Sister, Sister?

Hercules?

House of Mouse?

The Little Mermaid?

W.I.T.C.H?

Remember that?

Cartoon Network Shows:

Remember Dexter's Laboratory?

Johnny Bravo?

Cow and Chicken?

The Powerpuff Girls?

Ed, Edd n Eddy?

Codename: Kids Next Door?

Camp Lazlo?

My Gym Partner's a Monkey?

The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show?

Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends?

Goosebumps?

The Pink Panther?

Survive This?

Teen Titans?

Totally Spies?

Yu-Gi-Oh!?

Remember that?

Remember all these shows? I would stay up late at night, wake up early in the morning, just to watch these shows? And now, they're basically all gone. Every memory is gone. Remember all the cool movies they used to pass? Kiki's Delivery Service? Spirited Away? Halloween Town? Castle In The Sky? (Anime... D':) What's wrong with these channels? Disney took out Jet X and replaced it with Disney XD! What difference did THAT make? It's just the same shows! I just don't know...

What do you guys think? Where can I write these channels, if you guys know?

Update:

And by 90's kid, I mean that I was alive by the time the good shows were on. Yeah. -.-"

Update 2:

I can't include all the old shows, guys. These are just a few of the ones I remembered at the moment. No need to get on my case because I forgot some of your personal favorites...

Update 3:

And I must have had a pretty good memory at 3 in order to remember these shows. Just saying.

People from the ages of 13-15 always complain about Disney, Nick, and Cartoon Network because they don't like the new shows that they are airing. Well guess what, the shows themselves haven't gotten worse, your perception of them has. You're growing up and those are children's channels targeted at kids aged 4-12.

What do you want them to do? Keep recycling the same show over and over again until everyone is bored of it? Time passes and they're catering for the new audience that is coming in, not the ones that are growing up.

Also, at 14 I wouldn't exactly call you a "90's kid" since you'd have only been three years old by the time the 90's finished.

    Just saying.

Hi, I'm fifteen (turning sixteen in 2 weeks!) and I was a 90's kid as well! And I am VERY grateful that I was alive in the time when television was actually AMUSING. I feel so bad for the kid's nowadays, kids television now is so cautious, their shows are so predictable and the plot and humour is very simple and just horrible.

    Nickelodeon Shows:

Remember Hey Arnold? Great show, don't remember a ton about it but I remember the plot and that it was one that I watched a lot.

CatDog? Gah, this was one of the BEST shows on television for kids, it was humorous and so great!

Jimmy Neutron? Another great Cartoon that I really enjoyed

The Amanda Show? I wish this was still on television, it was hilarious :(

Rocket Power? Another great show! Good plot and humour!

Rocko's Modern Life? I remember watching this show as a kid, but I don't remember too much about it. I think I liked it though.

As Told By Ginger? I remember this show, it was very good! :)

Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide? This one, thankfully, is still on television!

6Teen? OH MY GOD, I watched this show up until about five months ago when they took it off television, and after many please from viewers to put it back on, they did, but at 3AM when NOBODY IS AWAKE, absolutely outrageous. I loved this show because it was one of the few left with a witty plot line and creative humour, a show that still took risks. Great show for tweens and teens alike!

Sabrina, The Teenage Witch? I remember this one a bit, but I watched the version with the human actors, not the cartoon version, it was quite good for kids!

Remember that? Yes, I remember these great shows! What a memory tugger eh?

    Disney Channel Shows:

Remember American Dragon: Jake Long? I remember this show! I didn't watch it often, but it was a decent show.

Kim Possible? WHY ISN'T THIS STILL ON TELEVISION, WHY? She was like the symbol for feminism and how women can be strong too! Why such a great cartoon was taken off air is beyond me.

Lilo and Stitch? Didn't watch this one often, but again, good for kids and a VERY good plot line!

The Replacements? Still on television, but this isn't a 90's cartoon, this one came out just a few (2 or 3?) years ago

Lizzie McGuire? Another great show that is still on (but at 5 or 6 in the morning when nobody is awake -.-)

The Weekenders? Sorry, had to add this in, because this was a GREAT old Disney cartoon/show. The humour and plot was fantastic, I used to watch it every morning before school, another show that I was sad when they took it off air

Life With Derek? Good show, but not a 90's show, and I find it to be a bit sexist

That's So Raven? A good show that is still on television, she is such a good actor!

The Disney Channel Games? Remember this a bit, but this was 2004-2006 era, not 90's

Boy Meets World? BEST SHOW DISNEY EVER HOSTED! Again, WHY they ever took this off of television, I don't know! It was great, I used to follow EVERY episode when it was still played!

Sister, Sister? I've heard of this one but never actually watched it

Hercules? This is a movie, no? A good movie, but I don't remember it being made into a series

House of Mouse? I remember this! But I can't remember what it was about lol

Remember Dexter's Laboratory? Yes! Loved it!

Johnny Bravo? Didn't watch this as much but it was a good show!

The Powerpuff Girls? My favourite show as a young kid :) ♥ I had a Powerpuff Girls comforter in my room as a kid lol

Codename: Kids Next Door? I watched this show sometimes, it was quite good

The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show? What a classic! Great show :)

Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends? Still on television I believe, and with a very creative plot line!

Goosebumps? Again, a GREAT show! this one particularly reminds me of the 90's!

The Pink Panther? This one is still on television, on Teletoon:Retro! I've actually watched it a few times in the past month he he

Totally Spies? Another great show that I watched alongside 6teen until they took both of them off air, and again is now back on but at 3:30 IN THE MORNING! >:(

Yu-Gi-Oh!? Ha ha I watched this as a kid with my sister

Remember that? I remember most of this, and it sucks that they took off all of the good shows with some heart and humour left in them and replaced them with all of these new shows with talentless actors in them and crappy plot lines, I miss old television. The only shows I still watch are Futurama, Friends and Family Guy, because they are the only shows left that still make me laugh. :(

Oh, and just to clear it up, being a "90's kid" means that you were born in the 90's, you don't have to fully remember everything in the 90's or have grown up then, you just grew up to stuff that was created in the 90's (and used throughout the early millenium).

The 90's, wouldn't that make you 3 if you were 14? aren't you a kid of the 10's... or 2,000s :) cause i don't remember being 3 that much. anyway back to your question yes i pretty much hate all of them, but i do find spongebob slightly amusing at time s along with Phineas and Ferb :P
