Which allergy pill ingrediant makes you sleepy?

I have 2 bottle of allergy pills but I can't remember which one ,makes me sleepy.

1) Has Pseudoephedrine Hydrocholoride & chlorpheniramine maleate

2) has Diphenhydramine hydrochloride

I remember that one made me feel like I took sleepings pills. Any idea which one?

    Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) makes you sleepy. The same stuff is sold as an antihistamine and also as a sleeping aid. It works pretty well for both, and it's very safe.

    Pseudoephedrine is a stimulant, and a decongestant. Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine. Completely different things.

    Both chlorpheniramine maleate

    and Diphenhydramine hydrochloride

    make u drowsy... but i find the

    chlorpheniramine stronger
