In my experience in dealing with situations similar to yours I learned that it was better to admit what I had done and apologize for it.

Guilt is like a cancer and it will eat at you daily until the guilt is dealt with.

Right now I know you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulder and my heart goes out to you. I know that once you explain to the person what you did was a joke and that you wasn't thinking clearly and that you are sorry for doing it then the person should be understanding and realize how hard this was for you to come forward and confess plus it keeps the wrong person from having to deal with something they didn't do.

For it to get reported you must have said some really dirty things in the letter? Nobody likes a easy lay so I suggest you stop with these raunchy notes to your teachers before you end up getting arrested.

You may also like to make an appointment to see your guidance councilor before this becomes a real problem and you start sending naked pics of yourself to the science teacher doing sex acts with random items.

I would own up to it before the situation gets worse. If you leave it a secret there's still a chance it will come out later and then be even worse for you. Get it over with, you'll feel better even though there are consequences.

For you to write an anonymous letter, to a teacher is a form of stalking. You need to grow up, and start being a stable person in society.
