How can I get a PO Box through the USPS in another city without having to go there to fill out the paperwork?
Has anyone done this before? I realize that I could do a Mailboxes Etc deal. I'm only speaking through the traditional post office. I'm in Florida and a want a NYC PO box. Hopefully I don't have to travel there? Thanks in advance for anyone who can assist.

It is not possible to do that. You have to present ID, in person, as well as proof of residence at the address that you have on the application. You can do everything online except the ID part and the getting your key part.
