I'm middle aged, honestly about 5-10 overweight tops, and have started in the last few months a stronger exercise routine w/60 min cardio and weights with trainer 2x per week doing either upper, abs or lower.

I take a daily vitamin plus D 2000 IU. I'm healthy aside from thyroid and cholesterol issues for which I take the cookie cutter meds.

What other vitamins (and minerals?) are useful to fight off fatigue (grogginess, more desire to sleep later etc)

My research seems to start me at B Complex but I don't want to lay out tons of stuff at once.

Any advice from one who has experienced this her/himself or one with strong professional knowledge much appreciated.

I first noticed this the other day. Plastic-backed floor mat was wet and underneath carpet very wet. At first I thought maybe it was just rain coming in so I dried the mat and let the carpet dry then I replaced the mat. This morning I found both the carpet and (obviously) the underside of the mat wet again. It's a 1996 Civic DX with 160K. No rain and normal driving through no wet areas. I'm considering a return to grad school for an MBA to eventually do work in investment analysis and equity research. I'm an excellent student but fear math and accounting courses as I was never good at those subjects. If my emphasis is marketing, how necessary are the math & accounting courses? Can I avoid them? More importantly, how essential are these disciplines in investment & equity research? Thanks for your time in replying.

What would be the psychological profile of such a person? These people are easily found by the way their questions are phrased as well as by examining their previously-asked questions. In addition, these people are often ones with extreme viewpoints -- both religious and political ---who seem to want to call attention to themselves by engaging in one-sided and hateful discussion.
