I have a Temo Sunroom... The roof leaks at the seams.?

It's been repaired several times. The seams have all been repaired just last year. I need a breakdown of this product to see how it's put together. I'm thinking a liner was not used and should it of had one? I want to know if the structure is strong enough to handle a rolled roofing material. The room is roughly a 10'x10'. How about that spray on material, I've heard very little about that. Tell me what you know about any of this... Please.

I have personally used standard rolled asphalt roofing on a nearly flat roof. Bad idea. Your best solution is to go to a neoprene cap type of roof covering. Mine involved a 2x4 framing on the roof put on top of the asphalt rolled roof so removal of the old material was not necessary. A room of your size could almost be one solid piece of neoprene. Cool! If you are healthy do it yourself. Otherwise hire a good contractor. Any roof work involves danger. Use good common sense. Make sure you follow the instructions for installation. Also, install a metal strip around all edges to insure that it will not leak.JIM

PS: Do not forget to install appropriate metal flashing up against the house. Very important.
