I sent an e-mail to my client. Their response was, "The items listed...". I didn't list what I wrote, it was all in a paragraph. Someone re-wrote my e-mail. How can this happen? Would it have been sent to someone else by mistake or did someone at this company read this persons e-mail and sent it on after re-writing what I wrote? Could Yahoo mail be tampering with my e-mails? How do I get to the bottom of this?

Is there a way to remove the window and replace just the bottom wood piece on a crank window? I see the brackets attach at the top and bottom. Should I remove the winow at the brackets or is there a quick disconnect? There are 42 windows, the bottom frame piece is rotted all the way through. Wood bondo is out, I want to replace just the wood frame piece at the bottom.

I went around the entire sunroof and replaced the damaged seams with new and applied the mesh with sealant. I cut off the gutter edge because it was 3" higher than the roof which created a shallow pool. All in all it truly is a poor design. There was ice build up this year and the leak was not as great as in the past. Can I apply rolled rubber membrane to this metal roof?

It's been repaired several times. The seams have all been repaired just last year. I need a breakdown of this product to see how it's put together. I'm thinking a liner was not used and should it of had one? I want to know if the structure is strong enough to handle a rolled roofing material. The room is roughly a 10'x10'. How about that spray on material, I've heard very little about that. Tell me what you know about any of this... Please.

"96" Chevy Z-71 pick up truck, 5.0 motor, 4 wheel drive. Had the engine and trany re-built two years ago. Brought the truck back after the slamming started. It didn't happen all the time and of course "Never" when we had it in to address the issue. It's not my truck. Today, I used it and coming home tonight I realized it only does it at 10 MPH and 98% of the time. Not every time when I make a left turn. What are your thoughts on this slamming? If you race it, it slams hard. If you gently excel, it gently slams. Is it first gear and is it a clutch? Is it other than the trany? We've asked many mechanics. They can't say for sure. I'll make certain it goes back to the transmission place and give them all I found out. Just looking for ammunition when I walk in there.

My husband is not buying the idea that it is best to remove all lath and plaster, then drywall. He wants to drywall over lath and plaster instead.

I think it would be too much weight not to mention the crumbling that will occur behind the drywall when it is being installed.

The point I was trying to make when I asked what happened to the writers for the Lettermen show, they are supposed to be writing humor.

There is a house, it's age is over forty years. It has some type of particle/pressed boards used as siding. It's never been painted, only primed. The primer has cracks that look like small worms. I think this is why the woodpeckers are pecking this siding. Before I repair the boards, I've been told to treat for bugs, even bee's. I have seen no evidence of bugs, bee's or worms.

I need to get rid of the grubs in order to get rid of the moles. No thanks on the mole traps. There has to be a more efficient way.
