How do I configure a Windows Vista laptop to a wireless network using a NetGear router?

We have a Vista home computer, NetGear router, one Windows 7 laptop (connected just fine) and our Godforsaken Vista HP laptop. NetGear will not help since they say it isn't their problem. It will connect to the network, but no Internet access. I have looked online at some of the techie sites, but the wording was a bit confusing. Any help would be great. Laptop needed to access online schooling!

Update:

I deleted and re-added the connection several times to no avail....
