Is there a way to report someone's profile on Yahoo Answers?

I don't think so, but I recently came across a user's highly offensive profile picture. I wanted to report it but I could not find a way to do so. If there is not a way to report, there should be a way to report a user if they have offensive things on their profile.

    Go to their profile, click View Pulse. Presumably the same objectionable avatar will be there. Click the Report Abuse link on that page and fill in the details.

    What I do is go to their pulse profile and then report the picture from there.
