I don't think so, but I recently came across a user's highly offensive profile picture. I wanted to report it but I could not find a way to do so. If there is not a way to report, there should be a way to report a user if they have offensive things on their profile.

Whenever I try to scroll through a window or a web page in IE7, the screen seems to ripple and is very annoying. Occasionally the page continues to scroll to the bottom of a web page or a window after I stopped scrolling. I’ve done some research and it seems a lot of people have had this issue before. Interestingly this website is about the only one of the websites which mysteriously doesn't ripple when I scroll through it. (It doesn't ripple, but when I scroll, it automatically jumps to the bottom)
Yes, I know there is an IE8, but I do NOT want to download it.
Yes, I have tried to change the mouse scroll speed, but that does not seem to work.
I am thinking I need to update a driver or two to solve this issue!
