can the screen in a new tv be replaced its not plazma just a flat screen!?

    Yes but it probably won't be worth the cost.

    Yes, but the cost of doing so usually exceeds the replacement cost of the television itself.

    If the television is still under warranty and is sent to the manufacturer for repair, they may decide to either repair the unit or just send you a new one.
