is deleting history of installed windows update just fine to be removed?

i want to "clean up" my computer from unnecessary usage of memory so i want to know if deleting the history or logs of installed windows update wont harm my machine. thanks!

    All it would do is prevent you from uninstalling the updates.

    EDIT: My answer is perfectly correct. So all you ignorant people who thumbed me down, go get an education huh? I'm really getting sick of clueless people thumbing down perfectly correct answers I seriously wish I knew who you all were.
