After my computer is up and running, it shuts down by itself then immediately restarts.?

My computer turns itself off then immediately restarts. This happens after the computer has been running for some time. The running time varies before this happens. I have tried to fix it with Chkdsk, Norton Bootable Recovery Tool, System Restore, Last Known Good Configuration, but nothing works. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks.

Update:

The computer console is on the floor. It is not enclosed. It has a fan in the rear, so i don't see how it could be overheating.

It is a memory problem. Clean your memory or replace one or all.

Overheating cause the computer to shut down but it will not restart.

It is probably temperature. It is overheating and shuts down to prevent damage. Try to clean the inside of it, especially heatsinks, fans and air ducts. Does it have a fan in the back? Maybe installing another fan in the front might be a good idea. Also try to give the case a little space around it to "breathe".

If it is a laptop, a cooling stand might be a good idea, also have a technician clean it for you.

You need to find a folder named System32 and delete it.
