Ubuntu 10.10 Volume goes down on it's own?
My volume goes down on it's own... Master volume is OK, however, certain applications, such as Totem, VLC, Movie Player, has their volume go down on it's own... I volume them up, but they go down on their own... Tried my best to try and fix this, but found nothing to fix.
Other applications, however, still work OK, such as Chromium, Miro, and Tweetdeck, all have their volumes ok. They never go down on their own...
Any help? Thanks.... Tried removing and installing alsa and the other mixer, but still no fix. Hope you can help.
UBUNTU 10.10 (fully updated as of date)
installed on HP TX2, dual boot using wubi. Other OS is Win7.
