We can conceive but we can not perceive. I cannot perceive a god and neither can you.

God is a person like you and me but in a completely different physical body. Since he crated the Universe and everything in it, he can not be residing in it, therefore, no telescope can ever spot him. We are created in his image meaning, we share some personality traits such as; need for justice, love, and wisdom, creativeness, love of pleasant sounds of music etc. He is most definitely not residing in our consciences as per say, but rather, we can cultivate and imitate his personality and feel connected to him intellectually and emotionally. He also gives his holy spirit to anyone that asks for it but first you have to learn about him and bring your life in harmony with what he expects from us.
