Name of WWII film w/ Nazi shipwreck?
Does anyone know the name of this film, I believe it was taken from a play.
A Nazi soldier (from a U-Boat?) is shipwrecked and washes onto an English beach and hides out in a village there. This never happened in real life but it is kind of a well known movie because of it's sympathetic view of the German soldier.
Added: "eagles have landed" I can't find any info on a movie with that title.
