i need help every time i pee i bleed why?

Looks like an urinary tract infection. Please go see a doctor and leave an urine sample for further treatment!

you have to determine when the bloods starts to come out. If it is at the very end it could be your kidneys as in a person being dehydrated, if it is in the middle of your pee then it is a bladder infection, if it is mid-stream it could be the prostate or within the urethra . . . a simple urine test will determine the cause.
